Entrecote is a French restaurant situated in the city centre of Lyon (and many other cities, it’s a chain). It has one single menu that consists of slices of meat ( faux filet, usually Angus beef) mixed with their infamous secret sauce. It comes with delicious French fries. The fries are refilled for free with no limit on the volume.

The menu is a fixed price 17.50 euro. It starts with a walnut salad with a sauce. The main courses is 2 slices of fillet beaf dressed with its famous sauce.

The recommendation from a local: Be very specific about how you want the meat cooked because the French eat their meat almost raw, and pay the extra fee to get extra sauce. The sauce is the whole point of going to this restaurant and it’s worth every single penny.
